Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Our Commitment
LoTime Inc. wants everyone to be able to browse, shop, and get support on lotime.com, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time project.
Our Standard
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our target. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What We Do
Our efforts include:
- Adding text descriptions to meaningful images and labels to icons and buttons
- Building pages that can be navigated with a keyboard
- Using clear headings and page structure that work with screen readers
- Reviewing color contrast and text sizing
- Checking new pages and features for accessibility as we release them
Current Status
We are working toward full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some parts of the site may not fully meet the standard yet, and we fix issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.
Third-Party Content
Some features on lotime.com are provided by third parties, including checkout and payment processing through Shopify and links to social media platforms. We choose partners with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their content. If a third-party feature gets in your way, let us know and we will help you another way.
Feedback and Help
If you have trouble using any part of lotime.com, or have a suggestion, please email support@lotime.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. It helps to include:
- The page address (URL) where you had trouble
- A short description of the problem
- The browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you cannot complete a purchase on the site, email us and we will help you place your order directly.
