Compatibility
The LoTime lens attachment is designed exclusively for iPhone 14 and later models, including:
- iPhone 14 / iPhone 14 Plus
- iPhone 14 Pro / iPhone 14 Pro Max
- iPhone 15 / iPhone 15 Plus
- iPhone 15 Pro / iPhone 15 Pro Max
- iPhone 16 and later
Important: LoTime is not compatible with iPhone 13 or earlier models. Please verify your iPhone model before purchasing. Compatibility issues on purchases made for an unsupported device are not eligible for a free return label, though we will work with you to find a resolution.

How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Here is what to do:
- Email support@lotime.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.
- If eligible for a free return label, we will email it to you directly.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
- Drop off at the carrier and keep your receipt.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Wrong colorway shipped
We sent you Malibu Blue but you ordered Pink Lemonade, for example. We cover return shipping and send the correct unit.
Defective unit
The product does not function as expected out of the box. We cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Arrived damaged
Your order arrived with visible damage from shipping. Keep the packaging, take a photo, and email us. We cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
Item not as described
The product significantly differs from what was described on our website. We cover return shipping and issue a full refund.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
International Orders
We ship worldwide and want to ensure every customer has a great experience regardless of location. However, international returns require additional consideration.
- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- For low-value disputes on international orders — such as minor damage in transit — we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned, at our discretion
- Customs fees, import duties, and taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable
- If your package was lost or damaged in transit, please email us and we will work with the carrier and our shipping protection provider to resolve it
For any international return or dispute, please email casey@lotime.com before sending anything back so we can advise on the best process for your country.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items that show signs of use, scratches, or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Purchases made for an unsupported iPhone model (iPhone 13 or earlier) — please check compatibility before purchasing
- Items marked as final sale

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order never arrived or arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at team@lotime.com. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of any damage to the product or packaging
We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In most cases we aim to have a resolution within 3–5 business days.
