About the app
LoTime is a film-style camera for iPhone. The app is free and includes 24 shots a day — no filters, no edits, just real moments. Optional Plus and Pro subscriptions add more daily shots and extra features for people who want to capture more.
Account & sign-in
You can create an account with Sign in with Apple or with your email address. A few tips if you are having trouble:
- Sign in using the same method (Apple or email) you used to create your account.
- Make sure you have an active internet connection and the latest version of the app.
- If you still cannot get in, email support@lotime.com from the address on your account and we will help you recover access.
Subscriptions (Plus & Pro)
LoTime offers two optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled.

Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside the app. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select LoTime, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Restore purchases
Reinstalled the app or got a new phone? Open LoTime and use Restore Purchases to bring back an active subscription.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your LoTime account and all of your content — posts, rolls, likes, saves, and follows — from inside the app. Open LoTime, go to your profile settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you can no longer access the app, email support@lotime.com from your account email and we will delete your account for you. For details on what data we store, see our App Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
- App will not open or crashes: update to the latest version of iOS and the latest version of LoTime, then restart your iPhone.
- Photos are not saving: check that LoTime has Camera and Photos permission in Settings → LoTime.
- Subscription not showing: tap Restore Purchases in the app, and make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID used to subscribe.
- Something else: email us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description (a screenshot helps) and we will dig in.
